Gabriella and Liam reportedly started dating in December 2019, just four months after he and Miley announced their divorce.
The couple were first spotted in public together when Liam was snapped kissing Gabriella at a beach in NSW's Byron Bay and since then, they've gone from strength to strength.
"His relationship with Gabriella is very different from Miley. They like the same things and have the same lifestyle," an insider told E! News of the couple's "low key" romance.
"It's not a rollercoaster of highs and lows. Gabriella is very laid back and even keeled."
What's more, the entire Hemsworth clan is loving Liam's new lady.
"The family very much approves and likes having her around. They are happy for Liam that he has found someone that brings out the best in him," the source added.
Despite her boyfriend's high-profile ex marriage, Gabriella reportedly has no jealous feelings towards her boyfriend's famous ex-wife.
“They’re both secure in their relationship and Gabriella isn’t worried that Liam has any lingering feelings for Miley and isn’t intimidated by their relationship,” a source told Us Weekly in September last year.
“Liam and Gabriella are really close and feel comfortable with one another. They connect over important topics and share the same values about family and life.”
Whilst Liam is all loved-up, his ex wife Miley made a rare personal confession whilst performing her hit song Wrecking Ball at a Super Bowl pre-game gig in Florida.
The former Hannah Montana star held back tears as she attempted to sing her chart-topper that is widely rumoured to be about Liam when the couple originally split in 2012 and features the lyrics, “Don’t you ever say/ I just walked away/ I will always want you”.
Speaking to the audience, Miley confessed: “I wear a lot of glitter and I wear a lot of armour, but I also wear my heart on my sleeve, and it gets broken a lot.”
