British singer Phil Collins has been admitted to hospital after falling and hitting his head, according to a statement on his Facebook page on June 8.
The statement revealed Collins is currently struggling to walk due to a back operation.
“He rose in the middle of the night to go to the toilet and slipped in his hotel room, hitting his head in the fall on a chair,” the statement said.
The 66-year-old has had his head stitched up following the painful gashing.
The Another Day In Paradise singer has since postponed performances on his current tour, titled “Not Dead Yet Live Tour,” which were originally scheduled for June 8 and 9 in London.
The Facebook post also alerted concert ticket holders that his shows have rescheduled for November 26 and 27.
