It didn’t take long for Brody Jenner to move on after his split from Kaitlynn Carter, with the TV personality flaunting his new relationship with model Josie Canseco last month – and now it seems the couple have been given his mother’s blessing.
Linda Thompson raved about Josie at an L.A. event at the weekend.
“She’s a darling,” the Bodyguard actress, 69, told Us Weekly and other reporters.
“I’ve met her several times and she’s a darling girl. So, you know, life moves on.”

Linda said that her son and Victoria’s Secret model, Josie “like the same things”, which makes them work so well together.
“She’s very outdoorsy,” Thompson added.
“Even though she’s a Victoria’s Secret model and a New York girl now, she still likes the outdoors. Brody does too. They both love animals [and] both have great, huge hearts for animals and animal rescue. So, you know, that’s important. And they have the greatest sense of humour. Both of them. They have the same sense of humour and they’re both full of vinegar.”
Brody and Josie were first linked in August, not long after the Hills: New Beginnings star and his ex Kaitlynn Carter announced their split.
On Saturday, the pair also made their relationship ‘Instagram official’.
“Going to the mountains is going home,” Jenner captioned a sweet photo that showed him and Canseco hugging outside of a cabin.
He posted a second photo of the twosome riding horses.
“I’d rather be lost in the woods than found in the city,” he captioned the shot.
Kaitlynn has also moved on since the split, and is currently dating Miley Cyrus.
The pair were seen getting intimate the day before the ‘Wrecking Ball’ singer announced her own split with her husband, Liam Hemsworth.
