The 27-year-old bride wore a silky white Maison Valentino Haute Couture gown, complete with a show-stopping train, long lace veil and lace gloves. The 23-year-old groom wore a classic black suit by Kim Jones for Dior.
First look photos from the heavily guarded nuptials were shared by British Vogue, who covered the event for the famous family.
Brooklyn shared a stunning black and white photo with fans on Instagram a couple of days after the elaborate ceremony, captioning his snap: “Mr. & Mrs. Peltz Beckham.”
The son of David and Victoria Beckham, Brooklyn took Nicola’s surname as his middle name in marriage to honour her family. Her father is billionaire Nelson Peltz and her mother is former fashion model Claudia Heffner Peltz.
The guest list for the elaborate affair included Brooklyn’s siblings, Romeo, Cruz and Harper – who all played roles in the special day. Nicola’s brother, Brad, was her Man of Honour.
The ceremony was also attended by famous stars including Serena and Venus Williams, Gordon Ramsay, Rashida Jones, Kiernan Shipka, Marc Anthony, Michael Bay, M Night Shyamalan, Derek Blasberg, Eva Longoria and more. Victoria’s Spice Girl bandmates were reportedly invited, but couldn’t all be there to celebrate.
According to news.com the wedding was believed to have cost $5 million, including limitless bottles of $350 Bollinger champagne and 400 orchids costing $90,000.
There was a “double ceremony” to honour Nicola’s Catholic mother and Jewish father, with Brooklyn wearing a traditional yarmulke during the wedding ceremony.
“It was a very special occasion with lots of personal touches. Brooklyn and Nicola clearly put a lot of thought and effort into making the day as special as possible,” one guest told the publication.
According to Vogue, the couple’s first dance was to Only Fools Rush In. Later in the evening, Snoop Dogg reportedly performed at the reception.
“Brooklyn’s wedding is going to be a big affair and my gift to him and his wife-to-be is I will come down and do a set for them on their big day,” the rapper told The Mirror ahead of the wedding.
In lieu of gifts, the couple reportedly partnered with the humanitarian agency Care to invite guests to donate to help provide aid for people in the Ukraine. Nicola’s family were also said to be among those making significant donations.
The wedding came two years after they first became engaged in July 2020, when Brooklyn proposed with a £350,000 ($612,000) diamond and emerald engagement ring.
If not for COVID, Brooklyn said they would have wed earlier.
Congratulations to the happy couple! We’re sure to see more stunning photos when their special July issue of Vogue is released.
