She made a name for herself on Married At First Sight and now mum-to-be Carly Bowyer has shared an exciting update about her pregnancy.
Posting to Instagram, the ex reality star shared an adorable snap of herself and partner Neil Goldsmith holding a blue balloon arrangement that reads “BABY”.
And as you can tell by the colour, the happy couple have finally revealed the gender of their unborn bub.
“It’s a….. BOY! 💙 We’re going to have a little baby Neil running around very soon! 🙈 (Send help!! Haha) We are so excited to meet our little Biscuit boy.. not long to go now 💙 @neilfgoldsmith,” Carly captioned her post.
She also shared a video of a luxurious gender reveal gift she received – in the clip she smashes a white chocolate heart to reveal blue lollies.
“It’s a boy!” Carly can be heard exclaiming in the video, before cheering.
The post was flooded with congratulatory comments from Carly’s nearest and dearest, including some of her former MAFS co-stars.
“Oh my God a baby boy !!!!!! Yay !!! So excited for you both,” wrote season five bride Melissa Walsh.
“So damn exciting xx congrats xxx,” penned fellow 2018 star Charlene Perera.
Carly’s partner Neil teased “You’re out numbered now!!” in the comments section, but Carly was quick to reply: “Haha nahh, he’ll be a Mummy’s boy!”
Carly and Neil announced their exciting baby news back in June. Taking to Instagram, the former MAFS bride shared a photo of herself and Neil holding an ultrasound of their unborn child.
“WE’RE HAVING A BABY!” Carly captioned the image.
“In what’s been a crazy 2020, we see a little baby light at the end of the tunnel. We’re over the moon, and can’t wait to meet our little Biscuit @neilfgoldsmith More baby goss on my podcast @findingaunicorn tomorrow!”
She added the hashtags “#13weeks”, “#baby”, “#babybiscuit” and “#december2020.”
Carly starred on Married At First Sight back in 2018, where she was matched with ice-cream businessman Justin Fischer.
Their marriage didn’t manage to go the distance, but Carly stunned fans during the season five finale when she announced that she and fellow contestant Troy Delmege were dating.
After her break up with Troy, Carly revealed that she had found love with current partner Neil in 2019.
“So somewhere along the way, I managed to find a boyfie, should I keep him?!” she jokingly captioned their first official photo together on Instagram.
