Hearts broke for Elly Miles when she announced that she and Frazer Neate had ended their relationship, but the 2020 Bachelorette is picking herself up post-split.
On Friday, Elly took to Instagram to reveal that she and Frazer had ended things and touched on the cheating rumours surrounding their brief relationship.
“Whether it’s true or not I don’t know, that’s not the reason we broke up,” a tearful Elly confessed in a video, adding: “He says it’s not true but f—k who knows, honestly.”
But rather than wallowing with a bucket of ice cream and listening to Adele on loop, the 25-year-old is throwing herself into her friendships and fitness regime.
Just a day after announcing the break up to her fans, Elly let her hair down with friends at a white themed house party in Newcastle.
Among the guests were Amazing Race Australia winners Tim Sattler and Rod Jones and fans praised the 2020 Bachelorette on Instagram after she shared a photo from the event.
“Stunning. The picture of a confident woman,” one wrote.
“Cheers!!! You look happy, glad to see that,” penned another.
Elly is also making her health and wellbeing a priority post split and revealed her top tips on Instagram.
“Nothing quite like a fresh ol’ fruit & veggie juice to help kick the two day hangover, crikey, they just keep getting worse and worse hahah,” she joked in her caption of herself and pet dog.
“Going to be an extremely wholesome week on the cards for ya gal this week. Plenty of down time with my friends & little gal. Had such a good weekend but so ready to jump into this new week & smash it. I’m going have a goal this week to train everyday in the mornings & go for a big walk each afternoon!”
Big sister Becky Miles, who had her own Bachelorette break up with her winner Pete Mann this year, commented: “Me too Bell! Let’s smash it together.”
Elly previously spoke about how her gym and fitness regime had helped her mentally.
“If ever I’m stressed or going through a hard time, or anything… Just knowing you can go somewhere and forget about your worries and just do something awesome for yourself in such a supportive environment is just priceless,” she shared in an Instagram video shortly before news of the break up became known.
“It’s been a rollercoaster this year, in general so many highs and lows for everyone! ALT [her gym] has been a constant support for me.”
Whilst Frazer is yet to comment publicly on the break up, he has been slammed by Elly’s fans in the comment of his most recent Instagram post from November.
“Unfollow. Bye!” one of Elly’s supporters penned.
“Poor Elly I knew she should of picked Joey,” remarked another.
One even wrote: “It was clear that you weren’t into Elly… you probably should have been honest with her…”
