She’s one of Australia’s most beloved actresses and over the years has gained the adoration of millions of fans.
However, Toni Collette, 45, has landed herself in hot water recently.
Earlier this week, an insider on the set of her new BBC1 drama series, Wanderlust, told The Sun that the Hollywood superstar was consistently nasty to production staff and her personal assistant.
“She was rude to staff, belittled people, and acted like she ruled the roost,” the source revealed.“She would have heated disagreements with directors and even shouted at her PA in front of everyone because she bought the wrong brand of organic vinegar for her.”
The source also added: “When the cameras roll, she’s a pro. But once they stopped she was unpredictable. Ok some days, moody the next. “You expect a level of drama with lead characters and Hollywood types, but she was just a whole new level.”
There was also talk that the actress would make fun of the staff on set and ridiculed others for their differences.
“Crew would make jokes about what Toni would be in work, what mood we were going to get that day.”
The star is set to appear in the steamy drama series which has been labeled the most X rated series BBC has ever produced, even including two masturbation scenes in the first seven minutes.
