The Bachelor Australia has been home to some of reality TV’s most memorable love stories since the show began in 2013.
For 2021 contestant Holly Kingston, her rose ceremony success led her to Bachelor Jimmy Nicholson, with the couple confessing their love for one another during the emotional finale.
Now, as the couple prepare to welcome their first child, we look back on their romance.
Are Jimmy and Holly still together?
Three years after their final rose ceremony, Jimmy and Holly are still happily in love.
Shortly after The Bachelor finale in 2021, Jimmy and Holly publicly confirmed their post-show romance, with Jimmy sharing a heartwarming tribute to his new love on Instagram.
“Holly, I cannot begin to describe how lucky I feel to have you in my life. You have been my absolute rock over the past few months and I could never have asked for a more perfect person to walk into my life,” he shared.
Holly also shared the exciting news with fans, writing, “I can finally say I believe in the saying when you know… you know.”
In the three years since the couple declared their love for each other on The Bachelor, their love story has only continued to blossom, with both Jimmy and Holly sharing regular updates on social media of their life together.
The couple also launched their first business together in early 2022 called 100 Honeymoons, which follows the Bachelor stars on their quest to find the ultimate romantic honeymoon experience.
“They may not be married (or even engaged) but these two are sure ready to take on their honeymoon(s),” they shared in the announcement.
Little did they know that just over six months later, they could be packing their bags for their first honeymoon as husband and wife; announcing their engagement in August 2022.
“The moment we’ll rewatch over & over for a lifetime 💍 … Our love story is a bizarre one but it’s OUR one. We are so grateful to be able to share these milestones with you, particularly those who have supported our journey since day one ❤️,” Jimmy shared on Instagram, with fans flooding the comments with words of love and support.
The couple officially tied the knot 12 months later, and fans were over the moon to see the Nicholson’s celebrate their nuptials in a stunning Palm Beach ceremony.
“Thank you @hollykingston for making me the happiest man on earth,” Jimmy wrote alongside a collection of the couple’s wedding photos.
“A dream to have our ceremony in a place so close to our hearts, at Jimmy’s parent’s home with everyone we love in one space,” shared Holly.
After one year of marriage, Jimmy and Holly announced that their family would soon be expanding, with the couple revealing they were expecting their first child in 2024.
Sharing the exciting news on Instagram, the couple’s fellow Bachelor contestants and friends shared their messages of congratulations.
“And there it is!! Congrats lovers ❤️🙌,” wrote Brittany Hockley.
“Such beautiful news guys! ❤️❤️❤️Huge congratulations,” added Cam Merchant, with The Bachelor host Osher Gunsberg commenting a simple, “You’re welcome ❤️.”
