Charlie Sheen, as we may all know, is the ‘tiger-blooded’ actor famous for TV shows like Two and a Half Men, Spin City and movies such as Wall Street and the Scary Movie franchise. We also know and revere him for “#winning” that went viral in 2011 due to his public meltdown on social media and YouTube. He’s also known for his longtime battle with alcohol and substance abuse that deeply affected his career and marriages.
In 2015, he made headlines when he revealed his diagnosis with HIV for the first time during a live interview. This also led to a phenomenon known as the “Charlie Sheen effect” where more people got tested for HIV which coincided with increased Google searches for the virus.

Julia Stambler – Charlie’s Sheen’s girlfriend whom he calls “Jools Wiki” – is a 28-year-old model from Los Angeles. She is also an occasional actress and has notably appeared in Entourage (2015). She is represented by Heffner Management and Sirena Models.
Making it Public
The pair have reportedly been dating since March 2017. The young model, then 26, was working as the then 51-year-old’s nanny for twin boys, Max and Bob. On his daughter’s 12th birthday at an Italian restaurant, the actor wasn’t shy about introducing her to the paparazzi as his current girlfriend, unlike some celebrity couples who prefer to keep their dating lives private.
The Nanny Train
TMZ notes that their relationship is another addition to the “nanny train” which is a trend where older male celebrities end up getting intimate with their kid’s nannies. Other members of the nanny club include; Jude Law, Ben Affleck, Stephen Belafonte, and of course, Arnold Schwarzenegger.
An Ex-Wife’s Approval
So how did these two lovebirds meet? We weren’t expecting it but the one who introduced them was none other than Sheen’s ex-partner, Brooke Mueller! She was also the one who approved Julia to take care of the children during the custody battle. Despite the beef with her ex-husband, the actress also said she would rather let Charlie date Julia than a “bimbo, prostitute or a porn star”.
Love Amidst HIV
Despite being warned by friends about his current condition, the then 26-year old defended her relationship with then 51-year old actor in 2017 by saying she was not ‘afraid’ of contracting the virus and that his symptoms were “undetectable”. She also mentioned that they use protection and take anti-viral medications — such as PrEP — before intercourse. According to TMZ, she has also called her detractors ‘ignorant’ and that it should be okay to have relationships with people with HIV.

Charlie blames his “irresponsible lifestyle” for his condition and his career downfall. He also claims that he was “blacklisted” by Hollywood and that he could not afford child support for his four children.
On a positive note, Sheen has claimed that he trusts his current beau, and that they both have a genuine connection with each other. He also claims that she has been helping him with his sobriety as well as turning him onto a vegan diet. Apparently, Charlie is living a healthy lifestyle nowadays; waking up early to go swimming and even doing yoga.
It seems that despite all the insanity, he is still ‘#winning’ at life.
Not Professional, Just Romantic
Julia and her hugely famous boyfriend have never collaborated professionally and the Two and a Half Men star has never appeared nor been mentioned on her social media. Sources say that Julia keeps her relationships relatively private.
The couple were last seen publicly in 2018 at Project Angel Food’s 23rd annual Angel Art ART=LOVE benefit auction at NeueHouse Hollywood.
The current status of their relationship is unknown. No word has come out as to whether they’re getting married or not – so only time will tell how their unconventional relationship holds up.

Before meeting this new girlfriend, Sheen was notorious for being a bit of a playboy, earning him a comparison to the late Hugh Heffner. Unlike Julia, most of these past GFs were well-documented by the media!
