Australian supermodel Elle Macpherson, 60, and her American musician boyfriend Doyle Bramhall, 55, first posted photos of each other to Instagram in October 2022.
Since then, they’ve remained tight-lipped about their romance but the couple were soon “getting serious”, according to New Idea.
“Elle and Doyle have known each other for a while but their friendship recently turned romantic,” a source told the magazine at the time.
“It’s getting serious. Elle travels the world with Doyle and already knows his two adult daughters. He worships her and is very supportive of her work in the wellness space, too.”
Confirming the relationship with rare comments to Fitzy and Wippa’s radio show in 2024, Macpherson confirmed that she and Bramhall were collaborating together on music in the studio.
“It’s been a really fun process together working on music and lyrics – he’s opened up my perspective because he’s so free,” she divulged. “His creativity comes from his heart. That teaches me a lot on how to apply that in my own life.”

Born in Texas, the musician was previously married to Susannah Melvoin from 1997 to 2010, with whom he shares a 22-year-old daughter, India Willah Bramhall.
Bramhall previously dated Bridget Jones Diary star, Renee Zellweger for seven years before they split in 2019.

“Flynn, being more conventional, wasn’t comfortable with my choice at all,” she said of her then 19-year-old. “He is my son, though, and would support me through anything and love me through my choices, even if he didn’t agree with them. My children were extremely supportive in their different ways but I knew they felt very scared.”
She also revealed her former partner and the father of her children Busson believed her choice was extreme. “Arki was really supportive … He didn’t agree with what I was doing … Yet he wrote to me to tell me how proud he was of the courage I was showing,” she explains. “Of course he was scared because I’d decided not to take a conventional pharmaceutical route. He considered that extreme. I, on the other hand, felt the chemo and surgery route was extreme.”
