It looks like former AFL ‘’WAG’’ Nadia Bartel has found ‘’the one’’!
The model and clothing designer, who was formerly married to AFL star Jimmy Bartel, has found love again with Peter Dugmore.
And it seems she’s happier than ever, taking to Instagram on July 10 to share a sweet photo with Dugmore as they holidayed in Bali.
‘’Pure bliss here,’’ she wrote. ‘’The beach was so beautiful today.’’

Although they’ve already been dating for two years, their first official public appearance as a couple was at this year’s Australian Open tennis tournament in Melbourne.
After their public debut, the mum-of-two opened up about the relationship in an interview with The Herald Sun.
‘’I like to be private in some things, but we’re so happy,’’ the 39-year-old revealed.
‘’He’s a really good person and it’s been just over two years, we’re enjoying our time together. We just had a really nice break in Sydney and I’ve mainly just been here with family chilling by the pool.’’
Speaking to The Daily Mail around the same time, Bartel revealed she might have found ‘’the one’’.
‘’I do think he is, and I think that he’s got so many amazing attributes,’’ she told the outlet in March 2024.
‘’He’s just such a good person. I like the way he makes me feel.’’
Who is Peter Dugmore?
Peter Dugmore is a former footballer-turned-model based in Sydney.
He started out as a semi-professional AFL player before moving into the fitness and gym equipment business, and he’s also signed up as a model with Melbourne-based agency Giant Management.
How long have Nadia Bartel and Peter Dugmore been dating?
After appearing together at the 2024 Australian Open tennis, Bartel revealed the pair had been dating for two years.
They were first spotted together in Melbourne in 2022 and then seen on holiday that December in Byron Bay, but they had not yet gone official with their relationship.
The following year, the pair made a handful of low-key appearances on each others’ social media, usually in the background or with their faces partially obscured.
One such example was in Europe in July 2023, when the pair were travelling together on holiday.
Dugmore was not tagged in the photo and only the side of his face could be seen.
In another photo posted to Instagram by Bartel, however, Dugmore happily posed alongside her as they visited an art gallery.
But the Australian Open appearance was the first time they had officially stepped out together as a couple at a high-profile event.
Who was Nadia Bartel married to?
Nadia Bartel, maiden name Coppolino, began dating Geelong player Jimmy Bartel in 2008.
The pair wed in 2014 and have two children together – son Aston, born in 2015, and Henley, born in 2018.
The couple announced their separation in August 2019 and their divorce was finalised in August 2021.

During her marriage to Jimmy Bartel, the media began referring to Nadia and other partners of football players as ‘’AFL WAGs’’ (wives and girlfriends), much like the UK’s so-called soccer WAGS.
Even former Spice Girls star and fashion designer Victoria Beckham was referred to in the UK press as a ‘’WAG’’ after she began dating, then married, soccer superstar David Beckham.
WAGs became famous for showing up at games in glamorous designer outfits, partying hard and living lavish lifestyles.
The AFL WAG crew also included, most famously, Rebecca Judd (partner of Chris Judd) and Jesinta Franklin (partner of Buddy Franklin).
Nadia Bartel’s hard-partying reputation only increased when social media footage emerged of her snorting what appeared to be an illegal substance during an equally illegal COVID house party in 2021.
No charges were laid, but she was fined $5452 after the incident.
The video made national headlines, with Bartel later profusely apologising for the embarrassing incident, saying she felt ‘’incredibly remorseful.’’
Bartel went on a social media hiatus after the scandal, but re-emerged to focus on her fashion label Henne and her role as a social media influencer.
