Congratulations are in order for Chance the Rapper and wife Kirsten Corley who welcomed their second baby girl over the weekend on September 7. The new mum announced the exciting news on Instagram, sharing a beautiful snap of their new bundle of joy, Marli.
Our sweet baby girl, Marli, is here,” Kirsten wrote, revealing their child’s name.
Their daughter is now a younger sister to Kensli, 4, whom the couple welcomed back in September 2015.

The couple announced that they were expecting their second child together in March, less than a week after they tied the knot.
“We pregnant again,” Chance, 25, shared in an exuberant message on Instagram, adding “its a girl.”
“JESUS CHRIST. WE LOVE YOU GOD,” the Grammy Award-winner added, sharing the happy news via a screenshot from his phone’s Notes app.
The “No Problem” singer and his wife— who began dating in 2013—briefly split in 2016, however later reconciled and announced their engagement in 2018! Chance popped the question on July 4, 2018, at a family barbecue and confirmed the news the same day as the proposal, simply tweeting: “She said yes.”
The loved up couple tied the knot on March 9 at the Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, California. Both Kanye West and Kim Kardashian West were in attendance.
“It was a romantic ceremony and a string quartet played as they entered,” a source told E! News. “In the middle of the ceremony, their little daughter Kensli ran up and Chance picked her up and held her. It was very sweet and loving to watch.”
Kim and Kanye reportedly “cheered for the bride and groom” before hanging out with Dave Chapelle following the ceremony.
“They were all laughing together and having a great time,” the same source said. “They posed for photos and Chance came over to chat. They congratulated him and gave him hugs.”
A few days before the couple said “I Do” the musician revealed the sweet story of how he met his bride on Twitter. When Chance was 9-years-old, he attended a party at his mum’s office, where Kirsten performed a Destiny’s Child dance routine.
“I knew I was gonna marry that girl,” he tweeted, noting he was too nervous to introduce himself that night. “Sixteen years later it’s happening. This wknd is the time, and the place is my wedding. I’m gonna dance with my wife because this is my destiny.”
