Elsa Pataky’s lockdown birthday dance is a total vibe

When it doubt, dance it out! Turns out that’s exactly what Elsa Pataky did to celebrate her lockdown birthday in Sydney.

On Monday evening, the Spanish actress who turned 45 in July, shared a video of herself dancing to a remix of Dancing On My Own in front of a window looking out at Sydney Harbour.

“#sydneylockdown I Was celebrating my birthday and that I love ‘dancing on my own, #coupleofweeksago,” Elsa, who is married to Chris Hemsworth, captioned her clip in both English and Spanish.

Whilst many shared belated birthday messages to Elsa, others couldn’t help but think of another celebrity and her famous video parodies.

“Waiting patiently for @celestebarber 😆,” wrote one follower.

“I was waiting for @celestebarber to come in 🤣,” remarked another.

A fan replied to the above: “Yep I think this is asking for it!”

Though Elsa appears to be out of Sydney, she and her family are about to enter lockdown once again as Byron Bay goes into lockdown.

However, over the weekend Elsa, husband Chris and their three children India, Tristan and Sasha were able to get out and about on their dirt bikes.

On Sunday, the Thor star shared a rare photo of the fivesome and captioned it: “Fun family day in the dirt 🤙🤙.”

Elsa and Chris have been married since 2010.

They then welcomed daughter India Rose in May 2012 and twin sons Sasha and Tristan in March 2014.

I do wonder sometimes, if we hadn’t met, what my career would look like,” Chris admitted to GQ, adding, “Have I made decisions based on that? How has that influenced me?”

There’s times when I’ve thought, ‘Wow, because having kids is more important to me, some of my roles have suffered’. There’s definitely a couple of films I could’ve put way more energy into but I was like, ‘No, I’d rather be with my kids’.”
