Farmer Wants A Wife fans were delighted, although shocked, when they found out that Season 13 star Hayley Love was expecting her first child with co-star Farmer Will Dwyer.
The reality TV star, and now mum-of-one welcomed her baby girl Daisy on December 7, 2021, after publicly announcing her pregnancy in a statement after the show wrapped.
Meanwhile Will, who Hayley announced as the father as soon as the show finished airing, has not yet publicly addressed the birth of his daughter. Prior to her birth, he had publicly said “if in fact this is my child” that he would “be there whenever the child needs me.”
Hayley, on the other hand, has delighted fans with new baby updates on her daughter as she continues to mark little milestones, as well as her journey into motherhood.
Most recently Hayley celebrated Daisy’s very first Easter, taking a moment to share the sweet milestone with a few photos of her dressed for the occasion.
“First of many Easter’s,” Hayley penned. “Obviously had to chuck in a photo of bunny after a long night shift.”
Hayley also recently celebrated a sweet milestone with Daisy, by sharing an adorable snap of her grinning happily at the camera.
“4 months. I love you,” she penned on March 29.
In another post shared in March, Hayley vaguely responded to questions around Will’s involvement. Since his comments mentioned above about “if” the child was his, Will hasn’t responded to queries on social media.
However, in Hayley’s carousel of photos on March 14, Daisy was seen spending time on a farm. When commenters questioned if this was at Will’s place, her co-star Tara was quick to shut down any comments asking whether the farm belonged to him.
“3rd pic – not on sperm donors fake farm,” Tara commented, while Hayley replied with a laugh.
Will and Hayley struck up a romance once filming finished, with their fallout playing out publicly as her pregnancy was revealed.
“On the 2nd April I left his house thinking, ‘I’m never coming back, I’m done.’ The next morning, I found out I was 6 weeks pregnant. I was terrified to tell him,” she said in a statement while the show was airing last year.
While there was a high level of drama, Hayley has joyfully taken to motherhood despite it all.
“Thank you for showing me how strong I can be and what real love feels like. Motherhood is a rollercoaster of emotions I could have never prepared myself for,” she said in an Instagram post.
“I cannot wait to see more of your personality shine through Daisy,” she said, playfully adding in another post: “Can’t wait until you start looking more like me Dais but feel free to keep those crystal blue eyes.”
