Jaden Smith has surprised fans by seemingly coming out of the closet – and bringing rapper Tyler The Creator with him.
Chatting with fans from the stage of the Camp Flog Naw Carnival in California, Jaden, 20 claimed that he is an item with the I Ain’t Got Time star.
At first calling Tyler a friend, Jaden warmed considerably to the theme and named the rapper as his ‘f***ing boyfriend’.
In a fan video of the moment (below – beware of not-safe-for-work language), Tyler can be seen beside the stage, at times wearing a face mask, apparently shaking his head in denial. But also apparently smiling and enjoying a laugh.
‘I love him so f****ing much, and I wanna tell you guys something, I wanna tell you, Tyler doesn’t wanna say, but Tyler is my mother f***ing boyfriend,’ raved Jaden.
Jaden later took the claim to Twitter, insisting that the duo are an item.
Tyler has in the past raised questions about his sexuality with some ambiguous lyrics and social media posts that have had fans guessing.
He has yet to issue a formal statement on Jaden’s claims.
But responding to Jaden’s Tweet on the matter, Tyler wrote: ‘hahaha you a crazy n***a man’.
