After a year of relationship rumours, Jason Momoa has finally made his new romance red carpet official.
Stepping out at the SNL 50 party in New York City on Valentine’s Day, the 45-year-old confirmed his relationship with 33-year-old actress Adria Ajorna.
The couple were first linked in early 2024 and despite not speaking publicly about their relationship for some months, the Aquaman star seemingly confirmed the initial rumours in May of that year after being photographed dining with friends while on holiday in Japan.
Their Instagram hard launch also marked the first time that Jason commented on their bond, referring to the Puerto Rican actress, 32, as “mi amor” in the caption, which is Spanish for “my love”.
Prior to confirming their romance, Jason teased that he was off the market earlier that month, saying, “I’ve been in a relationship for a while” during an interview at the Basingstoke Comic Con in the UK.
The romance comes after Jason and his ex-wife Lisa Bonet announced their split in 2022.
The former couple finalised their divorce in January and share joint custody of their children, daughter Lola, 17, and son Nakoa-Wolf, 16.
In a good sign that everyone still gets along, it appears that it may have been Lisa’s daughter, Zoë Kravitz, who introduced the happy new couple.
Adria plays a lead role alongside Zoë’s former fiancé Channing Tatum in Blink Twice. The film, which premiered in August 2024, also marked Zoë’s directorial debut.
