As Married At First Sight groom, Simon renewed his vows to Alene, his true feelings for his TV bride were revealed.
Alene’s vows described Simon as “compassionate, caring, brave, honest and most of all a loving partner” and that she wants to “keep our relationship going further into the future.”
Simon’s vows revealed that he initially doubted his future with Alene: “’Were we compatible? Were we attracted to one another? And more importantly, could we even hold a conversation together?”
“I know we come from different worlds, different lifestyles, different backgrounds and I’m not going to lie, I had no idea why we were even matched at the start.”
