Congratulations to Grammy Award-winning songstress Maren Morris and her musician husband Ryan Hurt who announced this morning that they’re expecting their first child together!

The two love birds took to social media to share the exciting news, revealing they’re set to welcome a little baby boy early next year.
“The irony is just too rich that after a year of living in the “GIRL” headspace, the universe would give us a baby boy to even things out,” the 29-year-old singer captioned the Instagram.
“See you in 2020, little one,” she added.
Months after the country stars tied the knot in 2018, Maren opened up about her hubby in a candid while stripping down for Playboy.
“Being married for the past year has also helped me figure out more who I am independently,” she told the publication.
“For example, my husband is very much a feminist, and I’ve never really done anything that’s freaked him out. He has always been accepting. Even with Playboy, he was like, ‘That’s really hot.'”
“It’s awesome to be with somebody who is an equal and isn’t trying to make you feel like a skank because you’re proud of your body—someone who’s not watering down your ideologies for patriarchal and bulls–t standards that women in country music have been locked into for the past several decades.”
The “Diamond or Twine” singer— who’s written a number of hit singles for country star Blake Shelton— also shared the exciting news on Twitter, gushing over his beautiful wife.
“Look at her…can’t believe it,” he wrote. “See you in March, baby!”
“MY BOYS CAN SWIM,” Ryan also captioned a black-and-white Instagram photo showing the power couple lovingly looking into each other’s eyes. “BABY BOY HURD 2020.”
