Just two weeks into the 2024 season of Farmer Wants a Wife Australia, audiences were treated to a happily-ever-after storyline as one Farmer found his match.
In episode six, Farmer Dean made the decision to send the remaining women on the farm home after admitting Teegan was the one.
“As soon as we locked eyes I was like…. holy… she’s a stunner,” he told the 23-year-old during a romantic date. “There’s been a massive connection between me and you since day one. Along the journey we have just seemed to grow and grow our connection, and obviously that’s what I came here to do.”
“From the moment I stepped foot on the farm, it’s really just felt like home,” Teegan replied, admitting she had already dreamt about their future together.
“Teegan, I have fallen in love with you. I want this journey between me and you to start,” Farmer Dean added, before revealing he was excited for Teegan to move to the farm so they could start their life together.
“The farmer has found a wife!” he cheered.
But where are the couple now? That’s the question fans want answered – especially since the season was pre-recorded.
Are Farmer Dean and Teegan still together?
During the reunion episode which was filmed one month after the finale, Farmer Dean shared where the couple now stood.
Farmer Dean shared that Teegan moved onto the farm straight away, but the couple were no longer together.
“We decided to go separate ways,” admitted Farmer Dean. “It was definitely a bit of a shock.”
“It was my decision,” shared Teegan, explaining she struggled with the reality of life on the farm, being isolated from friends and not having a job.
But it’s not all bad news – the couple confirmed they have remained good friends and don’t have any regrets.
