Tensions are rising on the set of The Voice now that the Blind Auditions are well underway.
It’s clear the coaches are doing anything it takes to get the right singers on their teams and the knives are coming out when things don’t go their way.
WATCH: Kelly Rowland unleashes at fellow coaches on The Voice
On Sunday night’s episode, an irate Kelly Rowland lost it at rivals Guy Sebastian and Boy George when the new “Block” feature was used on her, preventing contestant Johnny Manuel from being able to choose her as his mentor.
Kelly didn’t take it well, losing her temper and screaming “What the hell?”
Rising from her chair, Kelly interrupted Boy George as he made his pitch for Johnny, causing the Culture Club star to snap at her “Hush up Jenny from the Blocked!”
Not done yet, Kelly then demanded a glass of water and got in the face of Guy. She angrily grilled him as to whether he was the one who blocked her – leaving Guy shaking in his boots.
“I’m really upset,” Kelly admitted, before asking the Choir hitmaker, “What did you do Guy? Are you telling me you blocked me? Tell me in my eyes!”
Fellow coach Delta Goodrem, who had been watching the confrontation, chimed in, remarking: “I’m excited to see if Kelly’s gonna pour water on Guy’s head.”
Somewhat defending himself, Guy said he wasn’t sure if he had blocked Kelly but didn’t think that was the case.
Suspicions then turned to Boy George, who told Kelly to sit down as she interrogated him.
“I’m not gonna sit down,” Kelly raged, causing George to all but admit his guilt as he laughed, “I’m not going admit anything unless my lawyer’s present.”
Despite the explosive clash, the block was in vain for George with Johnny ultimately picking Guy as his team leader.
The Voice continues Monday 7.30pm on Channel Nine.
