As if juggling a new high-powered gig and a cross-country move wasn’t enough of a life change for Ryan Seacrest, the Live With Kelly and Ryan host has yet more fun news: he and his girlfriend, Shayna Taylor, have moved in together, PEOPLE has exclusively learned.
After dating several years ago, Seacrest and Taylor, 26, a personal chef, reconnected over the last year and most recently stepped out at the MOCA Gala in Los Angeles on April 29.
The pair, who share Seacrest’s new Manhattan pad, enjoyed a romantic getaway to Paris earlier last month.
Of course, Seacrest, 42, won’t have a whole lot of downtime to kick back at home. With Live and his local and syndicated iHeartRadio daily show among his myriad jobs, the hard-working host is focused on, and relishing, a jam-packed schedule.
Kelly Ripa spent a year trying out 67 potential guest hosts before announcing Seacrest got the gig.
“He is just so professional and kind to everyone — and it’s not just ‘on-camera kind,’” Ripa told PEOPLE exclusively. “He doesn’t turn it on and off. He’s kind backstage, and he’s kind first thing in the morning.”
To be sure, that’s a quality Taylor will appreciate.
