The twelfth season of the award-winning series is titled American Horror Story: Delicate and is based on author Danielle Rollins’s novel Delicate Condition.
The novel follows a woman who “becomes convinced that a sinister figure is going to great lengths to make sure her pregnancy never happens,” as per The Hollywood Reporter.
In part one of the season, cinema star Anna begins her IVF journey with her husband Dex and while it may appear to be smooth sailing for the actress, she quickly begins to experience supernatural symptoms.
Convinced that there is a conspiracy to stop her from conceiving, Anna continues to seek out answers for what she is experiencing and soon discovers that darker forces are at play.
With part one ending on a gore-filled cliffhanger, fans are eagerly anticipating the next chapter of the story, which will see Anna uncover whether she is being truly harmed or helped.
What is the release date for American Horror Story: Delicate Part 2?
After a six-month wait, the second instalment of American Horror Story: Delicate releases on April 4, 2024, with a new episode being released every week until April 25.
