Get ready to jet across the globe as another season of Channel Nine’s Travel Guides gets ready to take off.
The reality show which sees everyday holidayers act as travel critics is back, and there’s a new couple on the scene.
Melbourne-based Deepesh (‘Dee’) and Sage met online four years ago through the dating site RSVP and married in 2017.

“Generally, we travel really well together. We used to bicker over what and how to pack for the travel. Since then, we have made a pact, which means that he is not allowed to touch the bags anymore, except for lifting and weighing them,” Sage told 9Honey.
In the upcoming season, we also see the return of the Fren family along with twin cowgirls Stack and Mel, Kevin and Janetta, the Target boys Kev, Dorian and Teng as the fun-loving Aussies explore new destinations at home and overseas, including Hawaii, India, Argentina, Germany, Taiwan, Israel and The Philippines.

The loveable Fren family are back! When they’re not gallivanting around the globe Mark and Cathy, along with their kids Victoria and Jonathon, run a German café in Newcastle, NSW.

Identical twin cowgirls Stack and Mel were wary of venturing anywhere beyond the outback, but since joining the show in 2017, the loveable country girls are willing to give anything a go.

Kev, Dorian and Teng became firm friends after working in Target together. They enjoy junk food, computer games and budget travel.

Self-confessed travel snobs Kevin and Janetta discribe themselves as “high-end and discerning”. They’re regular jet-setters who expect the best and proclaim, “We don’t suffer in silence”. If quality or service isn’t up to scratch the manager will know about it!
Travel Guides returns to Nine on Tuesday, February 5.
