Khloé Kardashian has made an empire from what she calls her revenge body. From a TV show of the same name to her Good American clothing line, which now sells gym gear, the reality TV star is killing it.
Here is how she got her best body yet.
1. Khloe mixes it up
“I love SoulCycle, hot yoga, circuit training, obstacle-type things,” she says. “I don’t like to do the same workout all the time.”

2. Snack right
“I have a protein shake on the car ride home from the gym,” Khloé says of her post-workout ritual. “Otherwise I get cranky!”
3. Skip!
“I love jumping rope. I love to hate it,” she says. “In five minutes I’m drenched, and I can’t breathe, and my arms hurt, but or me it’ a fully-body workout.”
4. Beat the bloat
There’s nothing more frustrating than having all your fitness and diet efforts sabotaged by bloat,” says Khloé, who avoids salt and incorporates bloat-beaters like watermelon, avocado, oats and ginger into her diet.
5. Work your arms
“Doing push-ups on an exercise ball totally changed my arms” she says.
