For years, fans have marvelled over Kim Kardashian’s ever-changing, yet constantly “perfect” figure, so it should come as no surprise that some believe she’s had plastic surgery.
Rumours of “butt implants” followed Kim K for decades, as did claims she’d undergone everything from a boob job, to a nose job, liposuction and more.
Even her face isn’t safe from surgery talk, with some experts suggesting she’s had Botox and filler injected for years to keep her looking so good.

But Kim insists her unreal looks and body are the result of hard work and a healthy lifestyle… mostly.
“I’ve never had eyelash extensions. I’ve never done anything. I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips,” she told Allure magazine in July 2020.
“I’m at peace with not being perfect and I wasn’t like that before, I hate my hands — they’re wrinkly and gross.”
But she did confess to getting “a little bit of Botox” to keep her face looking plump and wrinkle-free. The rest, she says, is au natural.
Of course, that hasn’t stopped rumours spreading about how her body and face have changed through the years, especially when comparing photos of her at the start of her fame to snaps taken today.

Has Kim Kardashian had liposuction?
Claims that Kim has used liposuction to achieve her flat stomach and tiny waist have been floating around for years, but rose again after her 2022 Met Gala appearance.
Stepping out in Marilyn Monroe’s iconic ‘Happy Birthday Mr President’ gown, Kim admitted to shedding 7 kilos to fit into the dress.
Some fans called it a dangerous diet, but others suggested she’d had some help from a surgeon – both claims Kim flatly denied.
“If I was starving and doing it really unhealthy, I would say that, of course, that’s not a good message,” she told Allure in 2022.

“But I had a nutritionist, I had a trainer. I have never drunk more water in my life. I don’t see the criticism for other people when they lost weight for roles — they are [considered] geniuses for their craft.”
She previously denied getting lipo in 2013, calling rumours she underwent the procedure to shed weight after welcoming daughter North totally “false”.
“I worked so hard to train myself to eat right & healthy, I worked out so hard & this was such a challenge for me but I did it!” she said at the time.
“I’m so proud of my accomplishment & NO ONE will take this away from me with fake reports!”
Does Kim Kardashian have butt implants or a BBL?
Kim’s curvy backside has long been one of her most famous features, but millions of fans are convinced it’s not real.
In the 2010s there was talk that she had undergone surgery to get “butt implants” or filler placed to boost her behind, while more recently the theory has been that she underwent a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) to achieve her figure.
But Kim has always denied the claims, going so far as to get her butt x-rayed for Keeping Up With The Kardashians in 2011 to prove it was all her.
“My sisters have dared me to get a butt x-ray because there are so many rumours that I have butt implants and I’m so tired of them so I just really want to get a butt x-ray so I can show the whole world,” Kim said on the show.
And while nothing appeared on the x-ray, people still weren’t convinced.
Fans theorised that Kim may have had a fat transfer in the form of a BBL, which would give her a tiny waist and huge butt.
Plastic surgeon Dr. Michelle Copeland added that it “definitely appears” Kim has had her bum augmented in some way.
An implant has to be radio-opaque to show up on an X-ray, so it’s possible she has a type of implant that would not be detected,” he told Cosmopolitan in 2013. Kim still denies it.
Has Kim Kardashian had a boob job?
While Kim has always had a fuller bust, recent photos of the mum-of-four in tiny bikinis had fans wondering if she’d had her boobs enhanced in recent years.
Most women lose fullness and elasticity in their breasts as they age, but not Kim it would seem.
“Normally following two children, you would be very lucky to still have upper fullness and perky breasts like Kim without the assistance of a bra or surgery,” an unnamed surgeon told The Mirror in 2018
“I would say she may have undergone a further breast enlargement and possible uplift.”

‘Further’ surgery, you say? That’s right. This surgeon claims Kim appears to have had a boob job back in the earliest days of her Keeping Up With The Kardashians fame to enhance her figure.
But Kim has always denied going under the knife and the same goes for these rumours.
Has Kim Kardashian had a nose job?
While it’s a less common rumour, there are still some fans who believe Kim has had her nose altered, but she has always denied those rumours.

“I never had my nose done,” she said in 2019, via People. “Everyone thought I did, and I said ‘wait until I have kids because your real features come out.’
“Pictures, I swear, I look at them and would be like, ‘Wow the bump looks so much bigger in some pictures than in others.'”
Kim claims that the reason her nose often looks different in photos compared to videos is due to clever contouring.
Has Kim Kardashian had lip fillers?
The reality star insists she’s never had her lips altered, which seems believable given the fact she’s always had an enviable pout.
Even photos of her as a teenager show Kim sporting naturally full lips, so it should come as no surprise that she still has them today.
“Everyone always thinks I’ve had my nose done or my lips done or just anything to my face like besides Botox, which to me isn’t plastic surgery,” she told Harper’s Bazaar in 2012.
She confirmed in 2022 that she hasn’t filled her cheeks either, telling Allure: “Never filled either one, ever.”
