Ciarran Stott isn’t exactly one to follow the crowd when it comes to fashion and beauty. And now, the former Bachelor in Paradise star has debuted a very colourful new look.

Taking to Instagram, the Manchester-born reality star, 26, shared a video of his latest trip to hairdressers, The Barber Club, in his hometown of Melbourne.

In the clip, viewers can see Ciarran transforming his blonde buzz cut into the bright green and purple look, much like the colours of DC Comics super-villain, The Joker.

“Why so serious guys?” Ciarran captioned the video.

Ciarran’s fans loved the shock new look and shared their praise in the comment section.

Yeah boy. Stoked with the outcome,” barber Jord Tabakman commented.

“That looks epic, legend!” fellow BIP and Bachelorette contestant Jamie Doran penned.

“Looks dope, I think you’d really suit the same hair style and colour Jared Leto had as The Joker,” another fan mused.

But not everyone was impressed by the bright and bold new hairstyle.

“Lad what have you done,” one person penned, alongside a face palm emoji.

Of course, this isn’t the first time Ciarran’s opted for a shockingly bright hair colour.

In July, shortly after his disastrous stint on Bachelor in Paradise, Angie Kent’s former suitor revealed that he’d chopped off his signature blonde tresses and dyed what was left fuschia pink.

And whilst many loved the bold hairdo, others couldn’t help but draw attention to his unsavoury comments about the “Bro Code” that he aired on BIP.

“Good hair. Shame about the dude,” one person commented on Instagram.

When one person commented “The hair is gone,” a less than impressed commenter replied “Matches his rotten morals too.”

Ciarran lost fans during his BIP stint when he led on many of the female contestants including ex girlfriend Renee Barrett, Abbie Chatfield, Jessica Brody and Kiki Morris – the latter of whom he left the show with.

His fall from grace led to a mass unfollowing on social media, but it looks doubtful that Ciarran will ever star on Aussie reality TV again.

When one of his Instagram followers asked, “Will you go on BIP again?” during a Q&A session, the 26-year-old said: “The Australian one? Not a f***ing chance. Never again. Noooo.”
