When news broke that Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan were expecting their second child via a stunning black and white photo, royal fans had a lot to unpack.
In the snap, taken by close friend and photographer, Misan Harriman with an iPad, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex looked over the moon as they posed in their back garden – Meghan lying in Harry’s lap, cradling her burgeoning bump.
“We can confirm that Archie is going to be a big brother,” a spokesperson for the couple confirmed to WHO’s sister site, PEOPLE.
However, there was one big detail that certainly caught our attention – the dress.
The Duchess of Sussex donned a custom-designed Carolina Herrera frock for the very special photo shoot, and there was even some significance behind it.
Meghan’s dress was given from the Venezuelan American label during her first pregnancy with baby Archie and the soon-to-be mum-of-two reportedly has a longtime rapport with the brand’s creative director, Wes Gordon.
