The 26-year-old singer has been on an Instagram break to take time to focus on her health and healing. Her first post of 2019 was dedicated to this when she shared this caption: “It’s been awhile since you have heard from me, but I wanted to wish everyone a happy new year and to thank you for your love and support. Last year was definitely a year of self-reflection, challenges and growth. It’s always those challenges which show you who you are and what you are capable of overcoming. Trust me, it’s not easy, but I am proud of the person I am becoming and look forward to the year ahead. Love you all.”

Gomez is obviously focused on her various work projects for now including this latest post she made (just today) of the new sneaker release. Dressed in all denim Selena can be seen wearing the shoes called ‘Cali’, an all-white platform sneaker with double velcro strap detailing.
