Best for: The Vinophiles

A stay set among the vines? You can’t get much more romantic than that!

This adults-only eco-cottage is one of four in Glenbosch Wine Estate and boasts a cold plunge pool and a hot tub. Duality!! We love to see it!!

If wining and dining are on the cards, the onsite restaurant is open for lunch on the weekends and dinner on Saturdays. The Cellar Door is also open over weekends.

Best for: The design lovers

You’ll be hard-pressed to believe you’re in a Sydney heritage-listed hotel thanks to moody red decor and a low-hanging chandelier.

We love that Hotel Morris’ in-room cocktail service means you can sip on negroni with your SO from the comfort of a plush king bed.

However, if you’d prefer to get out and about, the downstairs Bar Morris provides an intimate setting to relish in a euro-centric menu.

Best for: An outdoorsy affair

Located three hours away from busy Sydney and complete with mountain views, this stay is the perfect blend of luxury and wilderness.

Meticulously crafted (with clay and timber found on the property, mind you), Winyu Cabin’s key features include a rainfall shower, firepit, kitchenette and outdoor barbeque.
