Meet the next generation of the Presley family.

Elvis Presley may be one of the biggest names in show-business history, but following the arrival of his first and only child, Lisa Marie Presley, in February 1968, Elvis and Priscilla cemented the Presley name as one of the most beloved family dynasties.

With Graceland serving as the Presley family home for almost six decades, Lisa Marie has passed her father’s famous legacy onto her four children who, following her passing in January 2023, have since taken ownership of the iconic estate.

“I knew Graceland was a place where she felt free. I still feel all the energy that’s there,” her eldest child Riley Keough told Oprah Winfrey ahead of Lisa Marie’s posthumous memoir, From Here to the Great Unknown.

“My instinct is with everything is always to do what my mother would’ve wanted, which is to keep [Graceland] a home. It was our family’s home.”

Now, as the world steps into the life and legacy of Lisa Marie Presley, we take a closer look at her family life with her children Riley, Ben, Harper, and Finley.

Following in her family’s famous footsteps, Riley began her career as an actress in the 2010 film The Runaways and since making her on-screen debut, the 35-year-old has gone on to star in critically acclaimed productions, such as Mad Max: Fury Road, Magic Mike, and Under the Bridge.

Most notably, Riley quickly became a household name following her Emmy and Golden Globe-nominated performance as Daisy Jones in Amazon’s Daisy Jones & the Six, with the production also marking the first time the eldest Presley grandchild sang professionally.

Following her mother’s passing, Riley has since inherited the role as the sole trustee of Graceland and the Elvis Presley Estate.

Outside the world of entertainment, Riley and her husband Ben Smith-Petersen are the proud parents of their two-year-old daughter Tupelo – named after Elvis’ birthplace in Mississipi.

Ben Keough

Born October 21, 1992, Benjamin Storm Keough is Lisa Marie’s second child and her only son.

As Elvis’ only grandson, Ben was often compared to his late grandfather. Reflecting on their similarities in her posthumous memoir From Here to the Great Unknown, Lisa Marie wrote, “Ben was very similar to his grandfather, very, very, very, and in every way. He even looked like him. Ben was so much like him, it scared me.”

“We were close. He’d tell me everything. Ben and I had the same relationship that my father and his mother had.”

Tragically, Ben passed away in July 2020, aged 27.

Speaking on her mother’s reaction to his untimely passing, Riley told Oprah Winfrey, “I just couldn’t imagine a world where she would make it without him. She would say, ‘I’m going to die of a broken heart,’ and I think we felt that.”

Despite belonging to one of the most famous families in the world, Harper and Finley have spent their lives largely out of the public eye, making their first red-carpet appearance alongside their mother and older sister in 2017.

Most recently, Harper and Finley joined their sister, mother, and grandmother for the promotional tour of Baz Luhrmann’s biopic Elvis, with the Presley women each leaving their handprints outside Los Angeles’ renowned Mann’s Chinese Theatre.
