After remaining tight-lipped about the state of her MAFS friendships, Ines Basic took to Instagram over the weekend to confirm she and Martha Kalifatidis are no longer on speaking terms.

In a brutal Instagram takedown, last season’s controversial villain unleashed on the “nasty” makeup artist, revealing their relationship was completely fake.
“I’m going to be so honest here and say that the day I met her [Martha], I didn’t like her. I just found her to be very put-on, a bit false,” Ines said after a fan asked whether she’s still friends with the Kim Kardashian lookalike.
“There was a show to be made, production wanted Jess [Jessika Power], Martha and I to be friends, so it was like a fake friendship made for TV by production. It worked out for the storyline they had planned, it was edited greatly to make us look like the three b****y girls.”
Ines then confessed Martha dropped her as soon as filming ended, with the Bosnian beauty quickly “noticing really large inconsistencies”.
“I don’t like nasty behaviour and that’s something I’ve noticed with her, which is really unfortunate.”
In the end, Ines admitted it was “painful, I’m not going to lie, to lose a friend over such like petty things”.
It comes after Martha— who’s still dating her Married At First Sight husband, Michael Brunelli— also told Mamamia she’s no longer in contact with Ines and Jessika, despite infamously buddying up on the controversial dating series.
“I don’t keep tabs on them [because] they’re not of interest to me,” she savagely revealed. “I’m still the one in my humble little relationship that isn’t putting on a big wedding, I’m not having a baby with the contestant of last year’s Love Island. I’m just chilling, just doing my thing, staying in my lane.”
