Married at First Sight’s Jules Robinson, 37, and Cameron Merchant, 34, have sparked rumours they may be about to walk down the aisle again – this time for real – after Jules was spotted wedding dress shopping in Sydney recently.
Dressed in a distinctive black and white maxi dress, the raven haired beauty specialist was pictured browsing racks of white, lace gowns, while on a recent trip to Sydney, sparking speculation she may be ramping up planning for her own non-televised, real life special day.
The couple, who were matched together for the Channel Nine reality series, have been one of the show’s rare success stories, and are still together several months after the show finished production.
Wedding rumours have swirled in the past few weeks, after the MAFS stars were spotted reportedly shopping for engagement rings in Noosa.
Earlier last month, MAFS groom Cameron, 34, was also spotted moving personal effects into his MAFS wife Jules’ Byron Bay apartment.
The couple have been vocal in declaring their love for one another, both on and off the show, with Jules recently thanking the experts for their hand in her union, saying she felt her groom had been “hand-picked” just for her.
She’s also been gushing on screen, saying, “I’m so grateful to have met someone who I could happily spend the rest of my life with.”
Cameron was just as effusive.
“I came into the experiment opening myself up for the opportunity to find love – but also to get hurt,” the professional cricketer explained, “And so far we have found a love, and a friendship, and a bond, and a connection that is pretty special…It’s really happening – how good?”
Friends of the couple have hinted to New Idea that a wedding is in the not-too-distant future.
“They are getting married for real,” a close friend of the pair recently told the magazine. “Jules has a gorgeous ring and they have their whole future planned out.
“They are talking moving in together, babies, the lot, and they could not be more perfect together.”
