Adam Levine has a new Angel to love!
The Maroon 5 frontman and his wife, Namibian model Behati Prinsloo, welcomed their first child — daughter Dusty Rose Levine — on Wednesday, Sept. 21 in California, his rep confirms to WHO.
Levine, 37, married Prinsloo, 27, in 2014 after two years of dating. WHO learned the couple were expecting in March, with the sex of their baby being revealed in April.
Both the Victoria’s Secret Angel and her husband have been using Instagram to show off the blossoming stages of the former — and latter’s! — baby bump.
“#impregnanttoo,” Levine hashtagged a silly Instagram post of the pair sticking out their bellies together in a May mirror selfie.
The following month, Levine shared a stunning black-and-white snap of a topless Prinsloo showing off her bump, captioning the shot with one simple yet fitting word: “YOWZA.”
“We’re just gonna jump in, and just try to figure it out,” The Voice coach said in April about how he and Prinsloo plan to tackle new parenthood.
Levine added that he wasn’t nervous, but admitted that will probably change when his daughter arrived, saying, “I’ll probably be a lot more freaked out when I see the baby and I’m like, ‘Oh, there’s a baby now!’ ”
Though Dusty is the first child for the couple, starting a family is something that has been on the top of their priority list for a long time.
“I want to have 100 kids,” Levine said to Ryan Seacrest in August 2014. “I want to have more kids than is socially responsible.”
