She caused shock yesterday by announcing she is expecting her first child with ex-fiancé Paul Michael. But a bizarre new fan theory suggests that Amanda Bynes is actually faking her pregnancy.

Amanda and her on-off fiancé deleted an apparent pregnancy announcement from social media just hours after sharing it.
On Tuesday, the couple – who met in rehab – both shared a picture of what appeared to be an ultrasound from Bynes, with Michael captioning his post, “Baby in the making.”
However, by Wednesday morning, both Bynes and Michael had deleted their respective posts.
Furthermore, many fans expressed confusion over the ultrasound image, with many stating it looked like there was no baby.
While we’re not experts on ultrasounds, what we do know is that the Easy A actresses ongoing mental health struggles will likely impact her ability to retain custody of her alleged child.
Bynes, who is currently undergoing treatment for her issues, ‘lacks the mental capacity to take care of the child’ and her parents plan to seek a judges ruling to place the baby in proper care, according to The Blast reports
The outlet reports that Amanda’s parents, who control her conservatorship, will file in dependency court to have a judge review their daughter’s mental condition and fitness as a parent.
Adding that the most likely scenario will see Amanda living with her parents who will have legal custody her child.
Yesterday, an attorney for the actress, David Esquibias, said the star ‘is seeking treatment for ongoing mental health issues.’
‘Any reports that Amanda is suffering from drug or alcohol addiction issues are completely false,’ he continued in a statement to People.
‘We ask for privacy during this time, and for any speculation about her personal life from the public and the media to cease so Amanda can focus on getting better.’
The surprise baby news comes just one week after the couple confirmed they had called off their engagement.
The actress had originally informed her fans she was engaged to Paul Michael – who she met in rehab late last year – on Valentine’s Day. However on march 8 Paul confirmed they had gone their separate ways.
‘We did… I love her though, she’s my best friend,” he told In Touch of the split.
Amanda originally shared news of her engagement on Valentine’s Day this year, uploading a snap of her huge diamond ring. “Engaged to [the] love of my life,” she captioned the post.
The Hairspray star is still under her parents’ conservatorship, so would not have been able to get legally married without approval from a judge.
A source told The Blast at the time that Bynes’ family were aware of the engagement but no one had signed off on the marriage.
