A very big congratulations are in order for Channel 9’s news presenter Ben Fordham.
His wife Jodie Speers has just given birth to a beautiful and healthy baby girl.
The couple both confirmed their third child’s exciting arrival through individual Instagram posts.
Proud dad Ben decided to share his daughter’s first moments through an adorable video. WATCH IT BELOW!
Sharing the above video of himself giving his little one a tender kiss on her cheek – Ben penned the following message.
“🐥 GOLDIE 🐥,” he wrote, revealing his daughter’s nickname.
“Marigold Jean Fordham has arrived and we’re head over heels in love.”
“Jodie was incredible and Freddy and Pearl are about to meet their gorgeous little sister.”
Jodie then posted a darling snap of her newborn.
“☀️ GOLDIE ☀️ Marigold Jean Fordham – 3.85kgs – arrived yesterday arvo in her own unique style 💕”
Friends flocked to Instagram, congratulating the proud parents.
“CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️,” Sally Obermeder commented.
The couple announced they were expecting earlier this year.
‘Incoming! Baby #3 coming soon to the Fordham family,’ the 42-year-old wrote in the caption.
Jodie – who is a Channel Seven newsreader – and Ben are also mum and dad to Freddy, four, and Pearl, two.
