Princess Diana’s niece, Lady Kitty Spencer is set to marry Michael Lewis – a multi-millionaire fashion designer five years her father’s senior.

Lady Kitty, 29 – who is the eldest child of Diana’s brother, Earl Spencer – and Michael, 60, are believed to have got engaged just before Christmas, according to The Sun.
South African-born Michael is a chairman of the South African retailer Foschini and is said to be worth $152 million. He is father to three grown-up children from his previous marriage.
“She’s been in Cape Town for the holidays and told her mother and the rest of the family. Michael is loved by all of them. Despite his wealth, he’s very humble and low key,” a source spilled to the Daily Mail.
Lady Kitty and Michael were first linked last August after being spotted strolling through New York City and kissing after leaving Club 55 in St Tropez
The socialite was previously linked to property mogul Niccolo Barattieri di San Pietro, 48.
Thecousin of Prince William and Prince Harry was born in England and is the daughter of Earl Spencer and Victoria Aitken, a former British model.
