TV host, Larry King has filed for divorce from his wife Shawn King, after 22 years of marriage.
According to TMZ, the 85-year-old cited irreconcilable differences as the reason, with the date of separation listed as June 6, 2019.

The Daily Mail reported that the couple’s sons – Chance, 20, and Cannon, 19 – convinced Larry to file for divorce after their mother tried to gain ownership of the property.
Shawn allegedly presented the TV host with documents that would give her the rights to their property but neglect her sons.
The couple reportedly hit their breaking point when Larry underwent heart surgery in April due to health issues.
According to The Blast, a representative for the icon said that “he did not have a heart attack and he did not go into cardiac arrest,” but in actual fact had an angioplasty operation.
This isn’t the first time the couple has filed for divorce.
On April 14, 2010, both Larry and Shawn filed for divorce after the National Enquirer reported that Shawn had been having an affair with one of their son’s baseball coaches, Hector Penate.
While the pair reconciled, they were hit with cheating rumours again in 2016.
The Daily Mail wrote that Shawn – who has been married three times before – carried out a yearlong affair with Richard Greene after he appeared on their podcast Back and Forth with Shawn & Larry King.
A source told People at the time that it “was true, and Larry is completely embarrassed and anguished by all of this.”
However, the couple denied the rumours in an interview with Home & Family.
“Rumours are what they are — they’re rumours. And I tell you the truth, I don’t pay any attention to them,” Larry said.
The former CNN host married Shawn – who is his seventh wife – in 1997.
Larry has been married eight times (he married former Playboy bunny Alene Akins twice and shares daughter Chaia with her).
He also shares daughter Kelly with his ex-wife Mickey Sutphin (who he was married to between 1964 and 1967).
Larry filed for divorced from Shawn on Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court.
