They’re happily engaged and have just welcomed their first child, so it was rather surprising when The Bachelor alum Laura Byrne discovered she and partner Matty J had their very own Bumble profiles!

The fake accounts even feature a picture of one-month-old Marlie-Mae.
“Turns out you can date all three of us,” Laura wrote on Instagram, sharing the account of a 37-year-old man named Tobz, adding of his age: “Consider me offended”.
“One of my followers sent me a screen shot of it,” the jewellery designer explained to the Daily Telegraph’s Confidential.
“She also wanted me to know that she had reported the fake profile to Bumble. I can see the humour in it, but it also highlights how easy it is for people to make fake accounts and fake identities on the internet.”
“I find it pretty funny because I would be so surprised if anyone actually thought it was a real account using that photo,” she continued.
“And what a weird photo as well, why would they use one of us with a newborn child? Surely that would be a deterrent. Wouldn’t you pick one of the photos of me in a bikini?”
Earlier this month, Matty J spoke to Nova 96.9’s Matt, Sarah & Matty J breakfast show to reveal what he really wished he hadn’t done during his time on The Bachelor in 2017.
“The only thing that I was really worried about, a couple of times, I think there was one time in particular when I was on Laura’s date when I passed wind.”
