They’re the bubbly besties who have won over Australia on the 10th anniversary season of MKR.
Sharing countless tales about what they got up to as young girls, the old friends have been keeping a few secret stories up their sleeves.
Jennifer reveals to WHO that she and Anne were always in trouble with their parents, getting up to all kinds of “R-rated” things.
“Half our teenage years I was grounded from seeing Anne because she used to get me into trouble all the time,” Jennifer tells WHO.
“We got up to all sorts of stuff. Sneaking out. We both had an upstairs bedroom so we used to put the ladder up and climb out and we’d go hang out and get caught sneaking back home. My parents are pretty strict.”
In fact, the ladies were so close, that when Jennifer fell pregnant at age 17, she and Anne decided to move out of home together and face life on their own.
“We rented a house and we lived there together and it was a house next door to the cemetery,” Jennifer says.
“That’s when she first started communicating with spirits. Used to talk to ghosts so that was pretty fun.
“I had a little baby. My first son Ben. So it was me, Ann and Ben. I think we just wanted to be independent and learn how to cook.”
