Robin Williams’ son, Cody Williams, married his long-time-girlfriend Maria Flores on Sunday (the same day the actor would’ve turned 68).
The 27-year-old held his wedding in the home he was raised in by Robin and his ex-wife Marsha Garces Williams.

According to People, the home was also the place where Cody and Maria fell in love.
During the wedding, the couple reportedly paid tribute to the late actor, as well as Maria’s grandfather Daniel Flores, her aunt Carol Bowling and Cody’s cousin, Todd Elsner.
A candle with three wicks was lit to symbolise the couple’s never-ending love for the dearly departed.
In honour of their loved ones, wedding guests held up yellow roses as Maria’s cover of “Never Enough” played.
Robin’s daughter, Zelda Williams, shared an emotional post on Instagram in celebration of the day.
“The 21st of July has meant many things to me over the years,” she wrote in the caption, adding, “it was the day my Dad was born, and the last day I got to see him.”

In her Instagram post, Zelda said that while the day usually made her sad, her brother’s wedding has given it a new meaning.
“On the 21st of July, 2019, it became the day I officially gained a new sister!” she wrote excitedly.
