Roxy Jacenko has opened up about her short-lived affair with ex-boyfriend Nabil Gazal, while husband Oliver Curtis was in prison, stating that the fling “wasn’t my fault”.
Speaking alongside her husband on Nova’s Fitzy and Wippa on Tuesday, the PR maven spoke candidly about the affair – which took place in 2017 whilst Curtis was doing time in prison for insider trading – explaining that Gazal “chased” her.

Before going into the details, Wippa prefaced the interview by speaking about the 39-year-old’s new reality show I Am…Roxy, for which he is the creator and co-executive producer.
“I just assumed this would of been happening, I rang Roxy and I said, ‘I might be late to the party here, but I reckon there’s a TV show in this…” he began.
“I think at the time, Oli, you may have been in jail, I think there was breast cancer, there could have been an old flame that was skirting around the edges as well, there was a lot going on.”
‘It wasn’t my fault! He chased me!’ Roxy interrupted.
Roxy and property developer, Gazal embarked on an affair whilst Oli was in prison, having previously dated until 2010.
The affair made headlines at the time, given Oliver was just eight weeks from completing his 12-month jail stint and learned of the affair whilst behind bars.
The couple – who share daughter, Pixie, eight and son, Hunter, five – chose to move on from the incident, with Oliver vowing to forgive the infidelity if Roxy forgave him for the jail sentence.
Last week, a minute-long teaser trailer of I Am…Roxy was posted to the PR guru’s Instagram account, in which the Sweaty Betty founder was seen constantly bickering with Oli.
