Ryan Reynolds isn’t a regular dad, he’s a cool dad!

And in typical cool-dad style, he’s chosen Twitter as the place to debut his first-ever pic of his and Blake Lively’s new baby.

WATCH: Ryan admits there’s a downside to being a dad…

Taking to the social media platform, the father-of-three shared a message about climate change and how the decisions they make in an upcoming election will have a direct effect on the environment.

But fans were excited to see that, along with his politically charged tweet, he also shared a sweet snap of himself with his wife Blake and their new baby.

But there was a twist. Of course. It’s Ryan Reynolds, after all.

As Blake and Ryan gazed lovingly into each other’s eyes, smiling, there was something amiss with their newborn child’s face…

The notoriously private pair weren’t quite ready to show off a full-on shot of the new addition, blurring out the bub’s face and replacing it with a roughly drawn smiley face.

Sooo… all three were smiling at least!

The couple, who are also parents to daughters James, four, and Inez, three, welcomed baby number three in secret.

Us Weekly reports the Gossip Girl star gave birth to the bub nearly three months ago, however the pair are yet to confirm the news publicly.

Obvi, thanks to Ryan’s new pic, the cat is now 100 percent out of the bag.

The actress took to social media to announce the news after the premiere.

“PokeMOM…. Out now,” she captioned her Instagram from the event.

Speaking to Marie Claire in 2016 about why she and Ryan choose to keep their family life so private, Blake said, “My husband and I chose a profession and a side effect of that is your personal life is public.”

Going on to discuss how she finds work-life balance, the star continued:

“I’m always ambitious about filmmaking, but I love my personal life so much – and my family so much – that it takes a lot to make me want to leave the house. Most of the things I do, I fight for. But to want to fight for something? I have to be really stimulated by it.”
