If anyone can make sleepless nights and dirty nappies look good, it’s Sam and Snezana Wood.
The married couple – who met on the 2015 season of The Bachelor – welcomed their second child together, daughter Charlie, in July.
And, now, to commemorate Father’s Day, the Woods have taken part in their first photoshoot as a family of five with their children – baby Charlie, 1-year-old Willow and Eve, 14, Snezana’s daughter from a previous relationship.

“Home is loud and crazy with a teenager, a 22-month-old and a little baby, but we wouldn’t swap it for anything in the world,” Snezana tells WHO.
Clothing label Bardot, which includes Bardot Junior, gave the family an opportunity to create a Father’s Day memory that will outlive the day itself thanks to their campaign Say It In Style. “To be honest, it can get a little hectic and we don’t do it very often, which made this shoot all the more special,” Snezana says.
“The team at Bardot were so great and the experience was a lot of fun.” Speaking exclusively to WHO, Mr and Mrs Wood discuss everything about life as a unit of five including fights, blended families, post-baby bodies and their reality TV show plans.
How have the first few weeks been since having Charlie?
SNEZANA: The first few weeks have been an incredible blur. We were lucky enough to have my mum over to help us with Eve and Willow, which was amazing but there’s been very little sleep for both Sam and I since. We felt like we were just getting on top of everything with our two girls and you have to start over but that’s to be expected while we find our feet and work out our new routine
Who does Charlie look like?
SNEZANA: Still a bit early to tell, but we think a little more like Sam.
How is Eve going as a big sister?
SNEZANA: Eve is an amazing big sister to both Willow and Charlie. She really stepped up and helped out with Willow’s feeding, bathing and sleep when Charlie was born.
Is she loving helping out with her sisters?
SNEZANA: At the end of the day, Eve is a 14-year-old girl who’d rather be trying on her new Bardot outfits, taking selfies and hanging out with friends but she really does love them to bits. She has always wanted to be big sister.
And how is Willow going as a big sister?
SNEZANA: People say to be careful, she may get jealous, but so far she’s been an absolute dream. Willow thinks Charlie is the cutest little baby and insists on helping change Charlie’s nappies. We just need to be careful as she gets a little overzealous with her hugs.
How has having Charlie and Willow changed your relationship?
SNEZANA: Honestly, we have never been closer. It really feels like our little, or not so little, family is complete.
If you fight, what do you fight about?
SNEZANA: Being on time. Sam is very particular about time.
Snezana, you look amazing! How did you do it?
SNEZANA: Thank you. It must be the Spanks! Chasing after a 22-month-old is a great form of cardio! I also feel like having a healthy pregnancy and following 28 by Sam Wood has really helped my body after birth. We live a healthy lifestyle at home, but I’m not being too hard on myself or my body. Our focus is on our three girls and I am very content with that.
Are you feeling like yourself again?
SNEZANA: Absolutely not! I’m currently a walking, talking zombie.
Do you think you’ll have more kids? Would you want to try for a boy?
SNEZANA: We’re so happy with our gorgeous three girls, but who knows. Never say never!
How will you celebrate Father’s Day?
SNEZANA: We’ll start Father’s Day by letting Sam have a sleep in. If he’s lucky ’til 7am.
Sam, what does Father’s Day mean to you? Any traditions?
SAM: Not really as yet but this is definitely going to be the most exciting to date.
Before Charlie and Willow, you’ve been parenting Eve too. What’s it like parenting a teenager?
SAM: It has its challenges of course, but Eve and I are just great friends.
Sam, how has your relationship with Eve changed over the years?
SAM: We really clicked right from the start, but our relationship has grown and grown. I just want her to know that I’m there for her no matter what and that she’s my little girl and I love her to bits.
Sam, what type of dad are you?
SAM: I’d like to say hands-on and fun. I’ve been looking forward to a being a dad for years. It’s even better than I had imagined.
Snez, is it nice seeing Sam in dad mode?
SAM: Sam in dad mode makes my heart explode. There is nothing more beautiful than watching Dad Sam do his thing. He absolutely loves his three girls and they all love him. The girls (Eve and Willow) always go to Sam when they need something or want permission because chances are ‘Fun Dad’ is going to say yes. Unlike Mum, who’s the party pooper and will more likely say no!
We love so much that you’re so open about your lives and share it on social media. Was there ever a decision not to show the kids?
SNEZANA: Not really. Because we met how we did, we are really comfortable being open – but of course safety and care for our kids will always come first.
A while ago there was talk of your own reality series. Would you be open to that?
SNEZANA: [Laughs] I don’t think this was ever serious.
You’re on The Bachelor again this season Sam! Any advice for Matt Agnew?
SAM: I think the best advice is simply to be yourself, and you can tell Matt is a great guy and is there for the right reasons.
What’s the secret to having a lasting relationship once the show finishes?
SNEZANA: I don’t think there is a secret. We just fell in love. Being together, spending time with the family and friends and focusing more on the inside of the circle than the outside.
