E! News, confirmed the worrying news, revealing he’ll be spending an extended period of time at All Points North Lodge in Edwards, Colorado. The treatment centre’s website claims it helps “clients struggling with addiction, mental challenges, trauma, and major life decisions to better understand and manage their lives.”
“It’s true. Scott checked in last week. He had a lot of guidance from Kourtney and she demanded that he get help,” a source told the outlet. “Things have been bad the last couple of weeks and Kourtney won’t allow him around the kids unless he gets treatment.”
Daily Mail sources claim the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has been “drinking heavily” and dabbling in illicit substances while quarantining with his long-term girlfriend, Sofia Richie.
“He said he’s having trauma from his past, he mentioned trouble with his ex and said he’s also having trouble with his children and he’s been taking cocaine and drinking a lot. He told staff he didn’t want any special treatment during his stay, in terms of meals and therapy,” the insider revealed.
“It’s a pretty nice high end place and the team is filled with experts from Florida. It’s not as restrictive as some places, you can use your phone for an hour during lunch and two hours in the evening and you get intense therapy, they’re big on group therapy,” they said of the lush facility.
The Talentless co-founder, who shares three children with his famous ex Kourtney Kardashian, has been open about his struggles with alcohol and drug addiction in the past.
In 2014, the 36-year-old hit rock bottom and checked himself into rehab. Less than a year later, after parting ways with the Poosh founder for good, Scott began to unravel and spent time in a treatment facility in Malibu.
In 2016, he’d allegedly enjoyed a lengthy bender before he was “discovered unresponsive in bed”, Daily Mail reports. In September 2017, after struggling intensely, Scott met Sofia, who completely transformed his outlook on life.
