After ten years of using Miranda Kerr’s KORA Organics range one die hard fan credits the products with not aging her at all. “No fillers or botox needed any time soon,” the shopper brags.
And if you’ve seen Kerr recently the 41-year old is looking pretty youthful herself!
Kerr’s team puts it down to the “power of organics” and if that’s to be believed then the celeb’s latest product, launched just days ago, is going to be another fan fav.
Called Active Algae Calming Cleansing Balm the new cream is described as a buttery soft cleansing balm that melts into the skin to gently smooth and sweep away stubborn makeup, dirt and oil.
It’s designed to create a calmer, clearer, more balanced complexion and 94 per cent of women surveyed said their skin looked both calmer and smoother after two weeks of daily use.
“It’s become a soothing part of my night time ritual, gently removing stubborn makeup and SPF while improving my skin’s overall health,” Kerr tells WHO. “This balm is going to be a cult favourite product!”
And the hype online suggests that may already be the case.
“Ordered and canNOT wait to try,” says one excited fan.
“OMG need to try,” says another.
“So excited for my order to arrive,” adds a third.
Launched with a cheeky question Kerr asks her followers in an Instagram video whether they’d rather jump in the pool fully clothed or fall asleep with their makeup on?
She then proceeds to launch herself into a glistening pool, fully dressed.
We get the gist. Kerr is a cleanser and fans agree they’d do the same.
“Even after an emotional breakdown still gotta double cleanse,” says one.
The organic ingredients used in her range are obviously huge draw and Miranda is keen to share how each of them works together to make the Cleansing Balm product what it is.
“Heroed by Microalgae to enhance skin clarity and balance oil levels and Pineapple Enzymes to gently exfoliate and remove impurities leaving my skin feeling bright and clear,” she says, adding:
“The calming blend of Rose, Geranium and Basil aromatherapy refreshes and soothes.”
Microalgae are known as tiny powerhouses of the ocean and are packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants which make them superstar ingredients for natural beauty products.
Kerr has also created a step by step demonstration of how to use the cleansing balm which showcases the buttery texture which also has a slightly grainy feel to exfoliate as well as cleanse.
“It’s an ultra gentle yet deeply cleansing daily must have,” she tells viewers as she pops it on to her face before rinsing and looking like a glowing goddess.
Kerr launched KORA Organics in 2012. It came from a lifelong interest in organic ingredients and holistic health sparked by her mother’s cancer diagnosis when Miranda was just 16.
“I started to take a closer look at what I was putting in and on my body,” she says.
“Over the years, I found there wasn’t anyone creating certified organic and effective skincare and I decided to make my own.”
Fast forward 12 years and KORA Organics is now in 40 countries and growing.
It also has a solid fan base ready to take this newest product to the level of some of her best sellers which include the award-winning Minty Mineral Hydration Mist and the Silky Sun Drops which is a 100 per cent mineral sunscreen serum.
