Sophie Monk and her long-term boyfriend Joshua Gross are engaged!
The Love Island host took to her Instagram on Friday to share the happy news – and a decent glimpse of the sparkler her fiancee picked out.
“Told you I’d tell you guys first💍🙌 I’m engaged,” Sophie said in the caption, alongside a pic of her and Joshua embracing with her sparkly diamond ring on show.
“I honestly can’t thank you enough for all the love and support. I know I have the coolest people following me and you’ve always had my back and I feel so cared about. You’re absolute bloody legends. I’m not very good at being mushy. I’m trying to say I absolutely adore you.😍”

The groom-to-be shared the same loved-up snap with the caption: “Luckiest guy in the world.”
Sophie’s famous friends were quick to share their sweet messages of congratulations.
“Ahhh best news !!! So happy for you guys,” Sophie’s Masked Singer co-star Bonnie Anderson wrote.
“So happy for you soph❤ congrats chick,” Love Island season one winner Tayla Damir added.
“YAAAAAAAASSSSSSSS!!!!! You deserve every happiness babes!” Studio 10‘s Sarah Harris exclaimed.
“So so good ! Congrats lovely !!!!!!!!!” model Elyse Knowles added.
Joshua fuelled engagement rumours back in December when the marketing executive shared a video montage of 46 stunning pictures of Sophie for her 41st birthday, taken over the last two years of their relationship.
“Happiest of Birthdays my darling… I adore you xxx,” he sweetly captioned the post.
Whilst many took to the comments section to share their own birthday messages to Sophie, a few urged Joshua to take the next step.
“Marry her you fool!!!!” one fan demanded.
“If you like it then you should put a ring on it,” wrote another.
“If you like it then should’ve put a ring on it!!! @joshuargross & have a kid too,” remarked a third.
Sophie also hinted that the couple’s nuptials were imminent when they celebrated their second anniversary.
“Happy anniversary @joshuargross,” she wrote at the time.
“I can’t believe you’ve put up with me for 2 years. I love you so much and you’re my best friend in the world… I can’t wait to marry you (hint hint).”
The couple met on a business class flight and after a few champagnes, the former Bachelorette even leaned in for a kiss.
“I just sat down and he had a sense of humour and I was like, ‘Oh, how relieving, sitting next to someone you can have a chat with’,” Sophie told 9Honey.
“It was like, ‘Good sense of humour, hard worker’… it just happened.”
She also revealed that her relationship with Joshua is “the best” and that she can’t wait to be married to him.
In a chat with TV WEEK, the blonde beauty confessed: “I’ve never had someone move in with me – ever. I love it. I wake up, he gets me coffee… It’s so nice having him there. He’s perfect.”
