The fitness influencer spoke out on Studio 10 on Tuesday, and told hosts Kerri-Anne Kennerley, Natarsha Belling and Joe Hilderbrand and guest host, Angie Kent, she takes “offence” at the untrue allegations.
“I hate when people accuse me of doing that. I take such offence to it because I worked so hard and it makes me annoyed,” she said.

Kerri-Anne and the panel went on to ask how she achieves such an enviable figure.
“I do a lot of heavy weights. You’re not going to build any muscle if you are not doing leg weights. I see a lot of girls doing cardio and this and that, it is not going to build any muscle really,” she said.
When asked how heavy she goes with her weighted squats, the mum-of-two shocked the panel by saying she could easily perform 60kg.
As for making it to the gym though, Tammy said as a mother she is lucky to get to a studio three times a week.
“In the beginning [in 2013], it was quite strict, five days a week, really good of my nutrition. Now I’m a bit more laid-back about it,” she admitted.
Tammy added: “Sometimes I can only work out three times a week now. Also running my two businesses. It is like, whenever I can fit it in at the moment.”

Tammy’s multi-million dollar empire began on Instagram in 2013, and now includes a fitness fashion brand, fitness app, podcast, and YouTube channel.
The mother-of-two, who is currently single, shares son Wolf, four, and daughter Saskia, three, with ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins.
