According to online bookmaker Sportsbet, punters have rated Angie’s romance, with Bachelorette winner Carlin, at $1.50 to last less than 59 days.

“Angie cried a lot in the final episodes, when she sent some of the guys packing. Carlin was definitely not the crowd favourite and we’re tipping he won’t be Angie’s for too much longer,’’ said sportsbet.com.au’s Rich Hummerston.

Meanwhile, The Bachelor favourite Elly Miles is $3.00 to be the next Bachelorette, and punters have put Matt Agnew at $2.25 to appear on the next season of I’m A Celebrity…

On November 17, Matt shockingly revealed “with a heavy heart” that he’d parted ways with Chelsie. In a statement posted to his Instagram account, the scientist turned reality TV sensation explained they tried their hardest to make it work, however, their relationship didn’t “translate” from “filming to the real world”.

“These past six months since filming have been a very unique experience. Chels and I have made some beautiful memories together that I’ll always cherish, and I wish her nothing but the absolute best. However, it’s with a heavy heart that I write this. For Chels and me, our relationship hasn’t translated from filming to the real, every day world as we had hoped.”

He continued: “Chels is a very special woman and I want her to find the happiness she deserves.

For those who may wonder if there’s someone else for me right now, there absolutely is not. It’s no one’s fault, it’s just life.”

Hours after Matt’s post, Chelsie provided more insight into their split, sharing a heartbreaking Instagram post which included a series of photos of the former couple while their love for one another grew throughout the series.

“Thank you so much to everyone for your support and kind words over what was an incredibly exciting, rewarding, challenging, and emotional journey,” she began. “Your words have not gone unnoticed. Matt showed me what it was like to be respected in a relationship and I am so thankful for that. However, it saddens me to say that we are no longer together.

“I wish him nothing but the best. I’m sorry to those that were invested in our relationship. Please remember to be kind online as you don’t know what is going on behind the screen. All my love.”
