Making her reality television debut in 2014, former Big Brother star Skye Wheatley has since become one of Australia’s most well-known fitness and lifestyle influencers.
Over ten years since she last appeared on screens across Australia, the 30-year-old has returned to television on Channel 10 for the 2024 season of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Australia to compete for $100,000 for her chosen charity.
With over one million followers across her social media channels, fans have continued to grow more invested in the influencer’s life away from the camera.

Who is Skye Wheatley?
Skye Wheatley is a former reality TV star and social media influencer.
The 30-year-old first appeared on the 2014 season of Big Brother Australia, with her third-place finish quickly generating a strong social media following. As her popularity has continued to rise, Skye has made a name for herself as one of Australia’s most popular fitness influencers, amassing over 620,000 Instagram followers.
Since leaving the Big Brother house, Skye has worked in conjunction with renowned strength and conditioning coach Matt Richardson to launch Skye Wheatley’s Big Booty Plan – a series of fitness eBooks dedicated to glute conditioning exercises.
Is Skye Wheatley single?
Skye Wheatley is currently in a relationship with Lachlan Waugh.
The couple, who have been together since October 2017, revealed that after six years together, they had partaken in the couples counselling sessions.
“We trialled co-parenting, so I would have the kids two nights then he would have the kids two nights. After a little bit doing that, [Lachlan] was like, ‘Okay, you can come home now,'” Skye shared to TikTok, adding, “We like being together as a family, but I feel like for us, we just needed a break.”
Despite experiencing multiple break-up rumours, Skye and Lachlan appear to still be going strong, with the couple making regular appearances across Skye’s social media.
Does Skye Wheatley have children?
Skye Wheatley shares two children with her long-term partner Lachlan.
The couple welcomed their first child, son Forest Van Waugh, on December 24, 2018. Shortly after her son’s arrival, Skye took to Instagram to share the exciting news, describing her son’s birth as the “most rewarding, intense, and wonderful experience of my life.”
Three years later, Skye and Lachlan welcomed their youngest son, Bear West Waugh, on April 23, 2021. Describing the inspiration behind her son’s middle name, Skye shared, “My first boyfriend I dated in high school, his last name was West also. That’s how I grew to love the name actually.”
To the delight of fans, Forest and Bear appeared alongside their mother on her final day in the jungle.
“[Our reunion] made my absolute jungle experience. That was the best day of my life and it felt exactly like giving birth. It was just the happiest moment ever and it’s a memory that I’ll hold close to my heart forever,” Skye told WHO following her I’m a Celebrity win.
“The boys got so emotional it was really cute… I’m so excited to get back into my day-to-day life… I can’t wait to just be a mum and experience all the chaotic moments that I would usually stress about. ”
